Raat notariaat personeelsadvies Kandidaat-notaris Ondernemingsrecht (senior + maatschap) Gouda Kandidaat-notaris Ondernemingsrecht (junior) Raat notariaat personeelsadvies zoekt voor Westerhuis notarissen Gouda een: Kandidaat-notaris Ondernemingsrecht (senior + maatschap) Kandidaat-notaris Ondernemingsrecht (junior) Als kandidaat-notaris in de ondernemingsrechtpraktijk werk je in een klein team aan afwisselende opdrachten. Je bent werkzaam binnen het (veelal hoogwaardig) MKB segment. Veel inbreng in natura, aandelenoverdrachten en oprichtingen, stichtingen en verenigingen maar ook hoogwaardig ondernemingsrecht zoals advisering van cliënten op het gebied van juridische herstructureringen, van bedrijfsopvolgingsregelingen, het opzetten van nieuwe structuren, fusies en overnames. Kortom een brede functie met alle ruimte en vrijheid om de OR praktijk verder uit te bouwen. Je hebt een afgeronde WO-opleiding Notarieel Recht met minimaal 6 jaar ervaring voor de senior functie en minimaal 3 jaar ervaring voor de junior functie. Als je als senior de ambitie hebt om snel toe te treden tot de maatschap (waar nu 2 andere notarissen deel van uit maken) dan is dit op korte termijn mogelijk. Informeer naar de mogelijkheden.
