Kandidaat-notaris Ondernemingsrecht - Almere Functieomschrijving Als kandidaat-notaris ondernemingsrecht bij Het Notarieel ben jij dé adviseur en gesprekspartner voor ondernemers in de meest uiteenlopende branches in het midden- en grootbedrijf. Je wordt geraadpleegd bij juridische vraagstukken en begeleidt de ondernemer bij herstructureringen. Een dynamische rol, want je denkt proactief mee met jouw klanten. Door deze vertrouwensband leer je de ondernemer en het bedrijf door en door kennen en ben je een belangrijke sparringpartner. Uiteraard word je hierin bijgestaan door een groep enthousiaste collega's; samen doen we namelijk het werk. Jij houdt je in deze rol onder andere bezig met: - het zelfstandig opstellen van aktes; - het voeren van besprekingen met jouw klanten; - waarnemen; - het verder brengen van beginnende kandidaten in hun ontwikkeling. Kortom: Een uitdagende en afwisselende baan, met ruimte voor flexibel- en thuiswerken en een prettige, informele werksfeer. Daarnaast zijn er volop ontwikkel- en (door)groeimogelijkheden. Functie-eisen - Jij hebt minimaal drie jaar ervaring binnen het ondernemingsrecht. - Jij bent (bijna) waarnemingsbevoegd. - Jij houdt ervan om nauwkeurig te werken. - Wij worden extra blij van jou als je al hebt gewerkt met Notarisdossier. - Jij bent communicatief vaardig en weet zowel mondeling als schriftelijk de juiste tone of voice te pakken. Bedrijfsprofiel Je komt terecht in een leuk en goed op elkaar ingespeeld ondernemingsrechtteam. Je maakt daarbij zoveel mogelijk gebruik van de nieuwste digitale werkwijzen.
