Je werkt mee aan zowel complexe als reguliere vastgoedtransacties en hebt veel contact met cliënten en andere betrokken partijen. Denk hierbij aan het: - Zelfstandig opstellen van notariële akten en juridische stukken; - Meewerken aan (complexe) onroerend goed transacties in zowel de commerciële als particuliere praktijk; - Behandelen van dossiers op een servicegerichte en proactieve wijze; - Onderhouden van contact met cliënten en andere betrokken partijen; - Werken aan een breed scala aan juridisch inhoudelijke dossiers. Functie-eisen Wat breng jij mee? - Je bent waarnemingsbevoegd; - 3+ jaar ervaring als kandidaat notaris; - Je hebt kennis van (fiscale) aspecten van (commercieel) vastgoed; - Een proactieve en oplossingsgerichte houding; - Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift Bedrijfsprofiel Westvest Notarissen is een modern notariskantoor in het centrum van Delft aan de Westvest 38, tegenover het NS-station. Ons team bestaat uit circa 38 medewerkers, waarvan 13 op de afdeling registergoed: 2 notarissen, 2 kandidaat-notarissen, 1 jurist en 8 overige medewerkers.
