Uw rol - Behandelen van complexe onroerendgoeddossiers; - Opstellen en beoordelen van juridische documenten; - Adviseren van cliënten over vastgoedrechtelijke vraagstukken; - Werken aan appartementssplitsingen; - Begeleiden van transacties rondom commercieel vastgoed; - Meewerken aan bouwprojecten en projectontwikkeling; - Intensief samenwerken met ervaren notarieel medewerkers en collega's binnen de vastgoedpraktijk. Uw profiel - Je bent kandidaat-notaris; - Je hebt enige ervaring binnen het notariaat, bij voorkeur op het gebied van onroerend goed; - Je werkt nauwkeurig en bent juridisch sterk; - Je bent zelfstandig, maar zoekt ook graag de samenwerking op; - Je hebt affiniteit met complexe vastgoedvraagstukken.
