Over de functie Als Kandidaat-Notaris Personen- en Familierecht krijg je veel verantwoordelijkheid en begeleid je jouw dossiers van A tot Z. Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor cliënten en adviseert hen over uiteenlopende familierechtelijke vraagstukken. Denk hierbij aan huwelijkse voorwaarden, samenlevingscontracten, schenkingen, testamenten, nalatenschappen en andere belangrijke momenten in het leven. Juist omdat cliënten vaak bij je aankloppen tijdens ingrijpende gebeurtenissen, is jouw rol veel breder dan alleen de juridische inhoud. Je weet complexe materie begrijpelijk uit te leggen, denkt proactief mee en zorgt ervoor dat cliënten zich gehoord en geholpen voelen. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met collega's binnen een informeel team waarin kennis delen en samenwerken vanzelfsprekend zijn. Je krijgt veel ruimte om zelfstandig te werken, mee te denken over de praktijk en actief bij te dragen aan de verdere ontwikkeling van het kantoor.
