Je bent van het begin tot het eind betrokken bij de totstandkoming van akten en adviezen. Je denkt actief mee met cliënten en collega's en zorgt dat het proces soepel, zorgvuldig en met aandacht verloopt. Je focus ligt op Familierecht. Je begeleidt cliënten bij belangrijke momenten in het leven, zoals samenwonen, trouwen, schenken, nalatenschappen en andere familierechtelijke vraagstukken. Juist in dit rechtsgebied is de menselijke maat belangrijk, cliënten komen vaak met persoonlijke situaties en emoties. Jij houdt het overzicht, bewaakt de kwaliteit en helpt mensen op een rustige en begrijpelijke manier naar de beste oplossing. Binnen HM Notariaat is er ruimte voor ontwikkeling op langere termijn, waaronder doorgroei naar de positie van toegevoegd notaris en het bespreken van opvolging. Functie-eisen Je bent initiatiefrijk, denkt vooruit en voelt goed aan wat er nodig is in een dynamische kantooromgeving. Je kunt geconcentreerd werken, houdt overzicht en schakelt makkelijk tussen dossiers en vragen. Je hebt al enkele jaren relevante ervaring binnen de familierechtpraktijk, waardoor je snel je plek vindt in ons team.
