Het kantoor ondersteunt zowel zakelijke als particuliere cliënten bij uiteenlopende vastgoedzaken. De werkzaamheden lopen uiteen van vastgoedtransacties en financieringen tot nieuwbouwprojecten en het juridisch begeleiden van vastgoedontwikkelingen. Je maakt deel uit van een betrokken team waarin ervaren specialisten hun kennis graag delen. De organisatie biedt starters de ruimte om het notariële vak in de praktijk te leren kennen en zich verder te ontwikkelen binnen een dynamisch rechtsgebied. About The Job In deze functie werk je mee aan verschillende vastgoedrechtelijke dossiers. Je ondersteunt bij de juridische begeleiding van vastgoedtransacties, appartementensplitsingen, nieuwbouwprojecten en onderzoeken naar vastgoedportefeuilles. Ook particuliere vastgoedkwesties kunnen onderdeel zijn van je werkzaamheden. Je krijgt vanaf het begin een actieve rol binnen het team. Samen met ervaren collega's zorg je ervoor dat dossiers zorgvuldig worden behandeld en cliënten goed worden begeleid. Naarmate je ervaring groeit, krijg je steeds meer zelfstandigheid en verantwoordelijkheid. Your Qualities Je hebt de master Notarieel Recht behaald of rondt deze binnenkort af. Je hebt interesse in vastgoedrecht en wilt graag ervaring opdoen binnen een professionele notariële omgeving. Je beheerst het Nederlands en Engels goed, zowel in woord als geschrift. Je bent nauwkeurig, leergierig en klantgericht. Daarnaast communiceer je gemakkelijk, werk je graag samen en neem je verantwoordelijkheid voor je werkzaamheden.
