VBK is lid van de SCG Legal-groep, een internationaal netwerk met meer dan 120 partnerkantoren in 60 landen. VBK bedient naast nationale ook internationale cliënten, van beursgenoteerde multinationals tot middelgrote ondernemingen. Het kantoor heeft hierbij een focus op de sectoren Tech, Banking & Finance, Retail, Healthcare, Vastgoed, Industry & Renewables en Overheid. Voor het notariaat van VBK, dat bestaat uit 9 (kandidaat-)notarissen zijn wij op zoek naar een Kandidaat-notaris Vastgoed. Functie Je maakt onderdeel uit van het team Vastgoed & Overheid, waarin advocaten en (kandidaat-)notarissen intensief samenwerken aan toonaangevende projecten voor ontwikkelaars, beleggers, overheden en maatschappelijke organisaties. Je werkt aan een breed scala aan notariële vastgoedvraagstukken. Je bent betrokken bij onder meer projectontwikkeling, vastgoedtransacties, financieringen, erfpachtconstructies, splitsingen, zorgvastgoed en duurzame energieprojecten. Je krijgt alle ruimte om zelfstandig dossiers te behandelen en cliënten te begeleiden, en om actief vorm te geven aan de verdere ontwikkeling van de notariële vastgoedpraktijk. De vastgoedpraktijk kenmerkt zich door langdurige cliëntrelaties en een sterke positie in sectoren als bouw, zorg en energie - sectoren die volop in ontwikkeling z...
