ODBN (Omgevingsdienst Brabant Noord) wil een verdere stap zetten in een kwalitatief goede dienstverlening en goed beheer van de beschikbare informatie. Wij zoeken een praktisch ingestelde collega die snel zijn of haar weg vindt in digitale systemen. Je hoeft niet alles van informatiebeheer of archivering te weten. Belangrijker vinden wij dat je digitaal vaardig bent, zorgvuldig werkt, nieuwe systemen snel eigen maakt en energie krijgt van het oplossen van informatievraagstukken. De inhoud van het vak leren we je graag. Wat ga je doen? · Je handelt informatieverzoeken van collega's en externen af. · Je ondersteunt (DIV-)collega's waar nodig bij het registreren of vinden van informatie. · Je werkt dagelijks in verschillende digitale systemen. · Je maakt je nieuwe applicaties en werkprocessen snel eigen. · Je verwerkt informatie zorgvuldig en volgens afgesproken werkwijzen. · Je draagt bij aan en denkt mee in het verbeteren van de digitale informatiehuishouding. Wat vragen we van jou? Wij zoeken geen kant-en-klare DIV-specialist, maar een collega die digitaal vaardig is, zorgvuldig werkt en zich nieuwe systemen en werkzaamheden snel eigen maakt. Je begrijpt het belang van een goede informatiehuishouding, bent nieuwsgierig naar het vakgebied en vindt het leuk om collega's te ondersteunen.
