Zin om de leiding te nemen over een lokaal kantoor en elke dag een uitstekende klantenservice te bieden? Als Kantoorhouder ben jij het gezicht van de vestiging en het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de aankoop, verkoop en taxatie van waardevolle goederen zoals goud, zilver, sieraden, munten en verzamelobjecten. In deze rol als filiaalmanager combineer je commercieel talent met een nauwkeurige administratie.

Je dagelijkse takenpakket als Kantoorhouder omvat:

  • Onthaal & Advies: Elke klant warm verwelkomen, actief luisteren naar hun behoeften en een professionele vertrouwensband opbouwen.
  • Taxatie & Expertise: Kostbare metalen, juwelen en munten testen, analyseren en waarderen met behulp van de voorziene instrumenten.
  • Transacties & Onderhandeling: Eerlijke en transparante aankoop- of verkoopvoorstellen formuleren en de deals correct afhandelen.
  • Kantoorbeheer: Instaan voor de dagelijkse werking van het kantoor, het kasbeheer, de administratieve opvolging en het strikt naleven van de veiligheidsprocedures.

Profiel

  • Commercieel talent en natuurlijke empathie: je houdt van klantcontact en streeft telkens naar een hoge klantentevredenheid.
  • Analytisch inzicht, precisie en nauwkeurigheid bij het hanteren van waardevolle goederen en cijfers.
  • Hoge integriteit en een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel om zelfstandig een kantoor te runnen.
  • Flexibiliteit om op zaterdag te werken (een vast gegeven in de retailsector).
  • Een eerste succesvolle ervaring als store manager, commercieel adviseur of klantencenter medewerker.
  • Affiniteit met of interesse in numismatiek, juwelen of beleggingsproducten.
