Hierbij gaat het om een professioneel accountantskantoor dat ondernemers en organisaties ondersteunt bij hun financiële administratie, jaarrekeningen en fiscale vraagstukken. De organisatie richt zich op persoonlijke dienstverlening, deskundig advies en een betrouwbare samenwerking. De klantenkring bestaat voornamelijk uit ondernemers en bedrijven die behoefte hebben aan een betrokken financieel adviseur. Naast het uitvoeren van de financiële werkzaamheden wordt er waarde gehecht aan het meedenken met de klant en het bieden van praktische oplossingen. De organisatie kenmerkt zich door een professionele, toegankelijke en klantgerichte werkwijze. Dan is dit een mooie kans. Voor een toonaangevende accountantsorganisatie zoeken wij een kantoorleider voor de vestiging in Zwolle. De vestiging bestaat uit circa 16 medewerkers en heeft een stevige basis. We zoeken iemand die als kartrekker de volgende groeifase vorm wil geven richting de 25 medewerkers. Wat ga je doen? Als kantoorleider ben je het gezicht van de vestiging. Je geeft leiding aan het team, bouwt verder aan de organisatie en zorgt voor verbinding tussen medewerkers, klanten en de rest van de organisatie. Je bent daarnaast actief als Accountant AA. Je adviseert ondernemers, onderhoudt klantrelaties en kunt als accountant jaarrekeningen en verklaringen ondertekenen. De klantenkring bestaat voornamelijk uit mkb-ondernemers.
