Over de functie In de rol van Mede Vestigingsleider is de kandidaat mede verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van de praktijk en fungeert deze als sparringpartner voor zowel cliënten als collega's. De functie combineert leiderschap en advisering met een actieve rol in de samenstel- en adviespraktijk. Tot het takenpakket behoren onder meer: - Het opstellen en beoordelen van jaarrekeningen en het bewaken van de algemene kwaliteit hiervan. - Het verzorgen van fiscale aangiften (IB, VPB en BTW) en het proactief signaleren van fiscale kansen en risico's. - Het adviseren van cliënten over ondernemingsvormen, herstructureringen, overnames en personele of arbeidsrechtelijke vraagstukken. - Het ondersteunen van ondernemers bij tegenvallende resultaten door middel van verbeter- en herstelplannen. - Het begeleiden van financieringsaanvragen en het onderhouden van contacten met banken en andere externe financiers. - Het coachen, motiveren en aansturen van medewerkers op het gebied van kwaliteit en verantwoordelijkheid. - Het toezien op het welzijn van het team, een professionele werkomgeving en d...
