Kantoormanager/ notarisklerk/ HBO-jurist OG Functieomschrijving Raat notariaat personeelsadvies zoekt voor Bentum Nijboer notarissen Ommen en Hardenberg een: Kantoormanager/ notarisklerk/ HBO-jurist OG Als kantoormanager / notarisklerk vervul je een centrale rol binnen het kantoor. Je combineert juridische werkzaamheden met organisatorische en coördinerende taken. Je zorgt ervoor dat dossiers soepel verlopen én dat de dagelijkse gang van zaken op kantoor efficiënt is geregeld. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan uit het zelfstandig behandelen van dossiers binnen het onroerend goed zoals het opstellen van (concept)akten en juridische correspondentie. Verder onderhoud je contact met cliënten, makelaars, banken en andere betrokken partijen Je bewaakt termijnen en voortgang van dossiers en zorg je voor de aansturing en ondersteunen van het team. Je kijkt naar de bedrijfsprocessen en doet voorstellen ter verbetering hiervan. Je ontzorgt beide notarissen en eventueel kandidaat-notarissen waaronder het bewaken van de klanttevredenheid en de servicekwaliteit, het bewaken van contracten met leveranciers. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor jouw collega's. Je hebt ervaring als notarisklerk en/of HBO-jurist OG en je beschikt over organisatorisch talent en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid. Je werkt nauwkeurig en zelfstandig en je hebt goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een cliëntgerichte instelling. Je krijgt een heel afwisselende en verantwoordelijke functie binnen een collegiale en informele werksfeer maar ook mogelijkheden voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling en opleiding. Het bijhouden van jouw opleidingen (zoals PE punten) worden gefaciliteerd. Je bent beschikbaar voor bij voorkeur 80%.
