Voor onze klant in Mechelen (Heffen) zoeken wij een kantoorverantwoordelijke.

Je kent de accountancywereld door en door. Je weet hoe een kantoor draait, hoe je klanten begeleidt en hoe je een team in beweging krijgt. Je zoekt geen puur managementverhaal waarbij je alleen vergadert. Je blijft dicht bij de praktijk, ondersteunt je collega's en bent mee het gezicht van het kantoor.

Tijdens je opstart leer je de werking, de klanten en het team grondig kennen. Daarna neem je stap voor stap de dagelijkse leiding van het kantoor op en bouw je verder aan de groei van de vestiging.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je neemt de dagelijkse leiding van het kantoor op.
  • Je begeleidt en coacht een team van zes medewerkers.
  • Je zorgt voor een vlotte samenwerking en een aangename werksfeer.
  • Je adviseert klanten over boekhouding, fiscaliteit en de verdere uitbouw van hun onderneming.
  • Je denkt mee na over de verdere groei van het kantoor en ziet opportuniteiten waar anderen ze niet zien.
  • Je helpt interne processen verbeteren zodat het kantoor efficiënt blijft werken.
  • Je bent een aanspreekpunt voor collega's én klanten.
  • Je hebt meerdere jaren ervaring binnen accountancy.
  • Je combineert vakkennis met een coachende en motiverende aanpak.
  • Je communiceert vlot en bouwt graag duurzame relaties op met klanten.
  • Je neemt initiatief en voelt je comfortabel in een leidinggevende rol.
  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een ITAA-titel of bent bereid deze te behalen.
