Voor een accountantskantoor in Heffen zijn we op zoek naar een Kantoorverantwoordelijke die klaar is om een organisatie te dragen, verder uit te bouwen en collega's in hun groei te begeleiden.

Dit kantoor maakt recent deel uit van een grotere, professionele structuur, door het pensioen van de huidige verantwoordelijke staan ze klaar om de toekomst te verzekeren.

Jouw rol

Als Kantoorverantwoordelijke ben je het centrale aanspreekpunt binnen het kantoor in Heffen. Je neemt de dagelijkse leiding op van de vestiging, bewaakt de kwaliteit van de dossiers, ondersteunt collega's in hun ontwikkeling en bouwt tegelijk mee aan de verdere groei van het kantoor.

Dat betekent concreet dat je een zeer afwisselende functie opneemt waarin inhoudelijke accountancy, people management en commerciële ontwikkeling samenkomen.

Een rol met autonomie, maar niet zonder omkadering

Wat deze functie sterk maakt, is dat je de kans krijgt om echt ondernemerschap op te nemen binnen een lokaal kantoor, zonder dat je alles alleen hoeft te dragen.

Je komt terecht in een structuur waar men goed begrijpt dat een kantoorverantwoordelijke vandaag méér nodig heeft dan enkel vakkennis. Daarom wordt er vanuit de groep actief ingezet op ondersteuning in verschillende domeinen:

  • Inhoudelijke begeleiding en expertise-uitwisseling wanneer nodig;
  • Ondersteuning in leadership en coaching van collega's;
  • Aandacht voor soft skills, communicatie en people management;
  • Commerciële ondersteuning om de vestiging lokaal verder uit te bouwen;
  • Een bredere structuur waarin kennis, ervaring en best practices gedeeld worden tussen verschillende kantoren.

Met andere woorden: je krijgt de ruimte om jouw kantoor mee vorm te geven, maar wel in een omgeving waar ondersteuning, samenwerking en groei centraal staan.

Jouw profiel:

  • Je hebt minimum 8 jaar ervaring binnen een accountants- of boekhoudkantoor.
  • Je bent inhoudelijk sterk in boekhouding en fiscaliteit en kan dossiers met vertrouwen opvolgen en bespreken.
  • Je hebt de maturiteit om een team mee aan te sturen, collega's te begeleiden en prioriteiten te bewaken.
  • Je communiceert vlot en voelt je goed in een rol met veel intern én extern contact.
  • Je denkt ondernemend, ziet opportuniteiten en haalt energie uit het verder uitbouwen van een kantoor.
  • Je bent iemand die structuur brengt, ownership opneemt en tegelijk toegankelijk blijft voor collega's en klanten.
  • Een ITAA-titel is mooi meegenomen, maar geen absolute must. Belangrijker is dat je over de juiste ervaring, drive en leiderschapskwaliteiten beschikt.
