Groei mee met ons kantoor in Olen !

Verlinden Vastgoed zoekt een BIV-makelaar of commercieel vastgoedmedewerker voor onze vestiging in Olen ( regio Olen, Westerlo en Herentals). Ervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar motivatie, een (lopende) vastgoedopleiding en enthousiasme zijn bij ons veel belangrijker.

We zoeken iemand die mee ons kantoor verder wil uitbouwen, met het oog op een toekomstige rol als kantoorverantwoordelijke en de kans om op termijn een team te leiden.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Werken als makelaar in de regio Olen, Westerlo en Herentals.
  • Op termijn de leiding nemen over het kantoor en je eigen team opbouwen.
  • Prospectie, klantcontact, onderhandelen én opvolging van dossiers.
  • Je draagt bij aan onze visie en helpt het kantoor verder uit te bouwen.

Wie ben jij?

  • BIV-erkend of vastgoedopleiding lopende / afgerond.
  • Commercieel, klantgericht en niet bang om initiatief te nemen.
  • Gedreven om ons kantoor in Olen verder uit te bouwen en op termijn een team te vormen.
  • Klaar om actief aan de slag te gaan in Olen, Westerlo en Herentals.
  • Houdt van een open, eerlijke werkcultuur en wil meebouwen aan groei.
