Wat ga je doen?

Als kantoorverantwoordelijke ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor de volledige werking van het kantoor. Je combineert alle taken van de consulent met bijkomende verantwoordelijkheden zoals het aansturen van het team, het bewaken van de kantoorresultaten en het vertalen van strategische doelstellingen naar concrete acties.

Concreet betekent dit dat je:

  • Zorgt voor een warme, efficiënte en professionele kantoorwerking waar zowel medewerkers, klanten als huishoudhulpen zich ondersteund, veilig en gewaardeerd voelen.
  • De toepassing van procedures, wetgeving en kwalitatieve dienstverlening waarborgt, en continu vinger aan de pols houdt rond prestaties, planning, tevredenheid en welzijn.
  • Een samenwerking stimuleert tussen kantoren, ondersteunende diensten en je team, en vertaal je het motto “Happy work, happy life” naar dagelijkse praktijk.
  • Daarnaast neem je een uitgesproken commerciele rol op. Je toont initiatief en ondernemerschap om het kantoor verder uit te bouwen en groei te realiseren. Je detecteert opportuniteiten in de markt, zet gerichte acties op om nieuwe prospecten aan te trekken en bestaande relaties te versterken waarbij je de resultaten proactief opvolgt. Je werkt continu aan de zichtbaarheid, rendabiliteit en duurzame groei van het kantoor.

De kantoorverantwoordelijke rapporteert aan de Regiomanager. Je geeft leiding aan de consulente(n) binnen jouw team.

Opleiding en ervaring

  • Opleiding secundair/hoger of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Kennis van dienstenchequesysteem, sociale wetgeving en personeelsadministratie
  • Goede digitale vaardigheden
  • Eerdere leidinggevende of coördinerende ervaring is mooi meegenomen
  • Kennis van commerciële acties, cijferanalyse en budgetopvolging is een must
  • Ervaring met bemiddeling en conflicthantering is waardevol
  • Even belangrijk: een sterke leerbereidheid en de wil om in deze rol te groeien
