Voor een gerenommeerd accountantskantoor in Aalst zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren accountancyprofessional die klaar is voor een volgende stap in zijn of haar carrière.

Je komt terecht in een hecht team van ongeveer tien medewerkers en krijgt de kans om een belangrijke rol te spelen in de verdere groei van het kantoor. Als rechterhand van de vennoot neem je niet alleen verantwoordelijkheid op binnen de klantenportefeuille, maar denk je ook actief mee over de toekomst en strategie van de organisatie.

Het kantoor ondersteunt een gevarieerd klantenbestand van kmo's uit verschillende sectoren. Hierdoor krijg je de mogelijkheid om zowel inhoudelijk als ondernemend een sterke impact te maken.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je neemt de volledige verantwoordelijkheid over een diverse klantenportefeuille en volgt dossiers van begin tot einde op.
  • Je ondersteunt en begeleidt een team van ongeveer vijf accountants en bewaakt de kwaliteit van hun werk.
  • Je bent een belangrijke gesprekspartner voor klanten en staat hen bij met professioneel en strategisch advies.
  • Samen met de vennoot werk je mee aan complexere dossiers, waaronder overnames, herstructureringen en andere bijzondere opdrachten.
  • Je behandelt investeringsdossiers en denkt mee na over de financiële mogelijkheden van klanten.
  • Je draagt actief bij aan de groei van het kantoor en krijgt ruimte om jouw commerciële en ondernemende talent verder te ontwikkelen.
  • Op termijn groei je door naar een rol met steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid en inspraak.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in Accountancy-Fiscaliteit.
  • Je hebt minstens 8 jaar relevante ervaring binnen accountancy.
  • Je bent ITAA-gecertificeerd of bevindt je momenteel in het ITAA-traject.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en weet klanten op een professionele manier te adviseren.
  • Je haalt energie uit het begeleiden en ontwikkelen van collega's.
  • Je combineert vaktechnische kennis met een ondernemende mindset en kijkt verder dan je eigen dossiers.
