Voor onze klant, een bankagent en onafhankelijk verzekeringsmakelaar, zijn we op zoek naar een Kantoorverantwoordelijke Verzekeringen in de regio Brugge. Het kantoor zet sterk in op groei en digitalisering en zoekt daarom een extra paar handen om die groei mee verder te zetten. Ze begeleiden zowel particulieren als ondernemers bij hun financiële en verzekeringsvragen. En een hecht team? Dat kan je hier zeker vinden!

Jouw functie als Kantoorverantwoordelijke Verzekeringen Ben jij een ervaren verzekeringsprofessional die klaar is voor een volgende stap? Je komt terecht in een hecht team van drie collega's en neemt een combinatie op van leidinggeven, klanten adviseren en inhoudelijk meewerken. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor je collega's, ondersteunt hen bij hun dagelijkse dossiers en zorgt mee voor een vlotte werking van het kantoor. Daarnaast neem je zelf ook complexere verzekeringsdossiers op en adviseer je particuliere en ondernemingsklanten. Je denkt actief mee over de verdere groei van het kantoor en ziet commerciële opportuniteiten bij bestaande klanten.

Kortom: een functie waarin je verantwoordelijkheid krijgt en tegelijk veel ruimte hebt voor eigen initiatief. Het kantoor combineert persoonlijk advies met moderne technologie en zet sterk in op AI en efficiënte processen. Zo krijgt het team de ruimte om zich te focussen op wat écht belangrijk is: klanten adviseren en begeleiden.

  • Je bent in het bezit van een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een economische richting met een sterke interesse in het bank- en verzekeringswezen, of beschikt over een gelijkwaardige relevante werkervaring, al dan niet bij een verzekeringsmakelaar.
  • Minstens 8 jaar ervaring binnen de sector.
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van BOAR; kennis van levensverzekeringen is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je bent klantgericht, communicatief, commercieel en oplossingsgericht.
  • Pluspunten: kennis van Brio, Engels en Frans.
