Mit April 2026 wurde das Notariat in Köflach durch Mag. Dominik Liebich neu übernommen. Die Kanzlei wird derzeit nach den modernsten Standards neu eingerichtet und bietet ein angenehmes Arbeitsumfeld im wachsenden Team. Für Mitarbeitende und Klient:innen besteht eine sehr gute Erreichbarkeit im Herzen der Stadt. 1 Kanzleiassistent_in (Frontoffice und/oder Backoffice) Werden Sie Teil unseres motivierten Teams! Sie sind an einer abwechslungsreichen, verantwortungsvollen Tätigkeit im Rahmen einer sicheren Arbeitsstelle in den Bereichen Front- und Backoffice interessiert? Idealerweise haben Sie bereits Berufserfahrung im Assistenzbereich in einem Notariat, einer Anwaltskanzlei oder in der Verwaltung? Dann suchen wir wahrscheinlich genau SIE!

Wir bieten Ihnen:

* Vollzeitbeschäftigung im Ausmaß von 40 Stunden/Woche. Nach einer Einarbeitungszeit liegt die Arbeitszeit bei voller Entlohnung bei 38,5 Stunden/Woche.

* Das monatliche Einstiegsgehalt auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung von mindestens € 2.000,00 brutto liegt über dem Kollektivvertrag. Es besteht die Bereitschaft zur weiteren Überzahlung, je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung.

* Gehaltserhöhungen sind motivations- und leistungsorientiert.

Unsere Anforderungen an Sie:

* Sie haben ein gepflegtes Auftreten, gute Umgangsformen und Freude am Kontakt mit Menschen.

* Sie besitzen ausgezeichnete Deutsch-, Rechtschreib-, sowie Computerkenntnisse (Microsoft Office) und beherrschen das 10-Finger-System.

* Sie arbeiten selbständig, genau und gewissenhaft.

* Sie wollen über sich hinauswachsen und sind bereit, Ihre Fähigkeiten zu erweitern und Neues kennenzulernen. Unser motiviertes und erfahrenes Team unterstützt Sie gerne dabei!

* Sie haben erfolgreich die Matura abgelegt oder verfügen über eine einschlägige kaufmännische Ausbildung. Idealerweise haben Sie Berufserfahrung im Assistenzbereich oder einem Beruf mit rechtlichem Hintergrund.
