Am Altausseer See erwarten Sie Österreichs erstes Solarschiff , welches eine tragende Rolle im James Bond "Spectre" spielte, ein Bootsverleih mit traditionellen Plättenfahrten sowie die Seelounge Altaussee 712.

Mit Herz, nautischer Erfahrung und technischen Verständnis übernehmen Sie Verantwortung an Bord und unterstützen gleichzeitig die Betriebsleitung bei organisatorischen und technischen Aufgaben.

Gemeinsam mit unserem Führungsteam tragen Sie dazu bei, die Zukunft der Stern Schifffahrt GmbH, aktiv mitzugestalten.

IHRE AUFGABEN: * Steuerung unserer Schiffe während der Saison (April-Dezember) * Wartung und Instandhaltung der Flotte und der Infrastruktur, sowie die Umsetzung der Infrastrukturprogramme * Stellvertretung und Unterstützung der Betriebsleitung im operativen Tagesgeschäft

QUALIFIKATIONEN, DIE SIE AUSMACHEN: * Kapitänspatent mit mehrjähriger nautischer Erfahrung * Technische Ausbildung & lösungsorientiertes Handeln * Bereitschaft, Führungsverantwortung zu übernehmen * Verantwortungsbewusstsein & unternehmerisches Denken * Begeisterung für den Gästekontakt

Aufgrund einer anstehenden Pensionierung suchen wir Sie mit voraussichtlichem Eintritt ab Frühjahr 2027.

ENTGELT: Das Entgelt für diese Position beträgt bei einer Vollbeschäftigung (40,0 Wochenstunden) 3.300,00 € brutto monatlich (14-mal jährlich).

Je nach Qualifikation & Erfahrung. Eine Überzahlung ist mit entsprechender Erfahrung möglich.
