Functieomschrijving De HEBO-Lift 2 wordt ingezet voor complexe hijs-. transport en maritieme werkzaamheden die voornamelijk in het buitenland plaatsvinden. Je werkt in een 4 op, 4 af roulatieschema en bent regelmatig op zee. Als Kapitein ben jij eindverantwoordelijk voor de HEBO-Lift 2, haar bemanning en voor het veilig uitvoeren van de werkzaamheden. Je werkt nauw samen met de rest van de bemanning, de projectteams aan boord en de collega's op kantoor. Jij houdt het overzicht, stuurt het team aan en zorg ervoor dat projecten veilig, efficiënt en volgens planning worden uitgevoerd. Vereisten Jouw werkzaamheden: - Leidinggeven aan de bemanning en het coördineren van alle werkzaamheden aan boord; - Verantwoordelijk zijn voor het veilig uitvoeren van hijs-, transport en maritieme projecten; - Navigeren, manoeuvreren en positioneren van de HEBO-Lift 2 tijdens werkzaamheden; - Zorgdragen voor naleving van wet- en regelgeving, veiligheidsprocedures en kwaliteitsnormen; - Afstemmen met projectmanagement, opdrachtgevers en collega's aan wal over de voortgang van de projecten; - Plannen en toezien op onderhoud aan schip, equipment en hijsmiddelen; - Signaleren van technische of operationele knelpunten en deze tijdig rapporteren; - Motiveren, begeleiden en ontwikkelen van de bemanning aan boord. Jij bent/ hebt: - Ervaring als Kapitein, Schipper of in een vergelijkbare maritieme functie; - Een geldig VCA-certificaat of bereid om deze te behalen; - In het bezit van marifonie-, radar en navigatiecertificaten; - In het bezit van geldige...
