Denk aan een opleiding tot trainer of een programma om je persoonlijke leiderschapskwaliteiten te versterken. Wil je jouw creativiteit verder prikkelen? Dan kun je meedoen aan de Coiffure Award of je aansluiten bij het Sjenkels Creative Team, waar je meewerkt aan de Sjenkels collectie of backstage aan de slag gaat bij shows en shoots. WERKZAAMHEDEN Als Art Director werk je op het hoogste niveau binnen de salon en combineer je complexe vaktechnische werkzaamheden met coachende en inspirerende taken. Dit zijn onder andere jouw werkzaamheden als Art Director in de salon: - Vaktechnische werkzaamheden op topniveau, zoals het uitvoeren van complexe knip- en - kleurbehandelingen en het adviseren van klanten - Ontwikkelen en toepassen van creatieve en trendgerichte kapsels - Signaleren van trends en deze vertalen naar toepasbare technieken in de salon - Begeleiden en coachen van collega's op de werkvloer, feedback geven op werkmethodes en resultaten - Je kennis delen met het team, zowel producten als vaktechniek - Fungeren als voorbeeld binnen het team - Opbouwen en onderhouden van een vaste klantenkring - Inspireren van zowel klanten als collega's.
