Die Österreichische Gartenbau-Gesellschaft sucht: 1 Karenzvertretung im Büro für die Geschäftsstelle (m/w/d) Arbeitszeit: 25 Stunden pro Woche

Standort: Wien, Siebeckstraße

Zeitraum: befristet bis Ende 2027 (mit Option auf Verlängerung)

Zur Verstärkung unseres Büros suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine engagierte und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit, die uns in Teilzeit unterstützt.

Ihre Aufgaben

- Organisation und Bearbeitung allgemeiner Büro- und Verwaltungsaufgaben

- Selbstständige Koordination und Überwachung anfallender Tätigkeiten

- Vorbereitung, Nachbereitung und Dokumentation von Sitzungen

- Sorgfältiges Führen und Aufbereiten von Protokollen

- Bearbeitung des Schriftverkehrs sowie Kommunikation mit Mitgliedern, Partnern und externen Ansprechpartnern

- Pflege von Daten, Unterlagen und digitalen Ablagesystemen

- Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung von Veranstaltungen

Ihr Profil

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

- Strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise

- Gute schriftliche und mündliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit

- Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen, Kenntnisse in In-Design sind von Vorteil

- Organisationsgeschick, Zuverlässigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke

- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Vereinen, Verbänden oder ehrenamtlichen Strukturen ist von Vorteil
