Wir sind ein Unternehmen mit rund 60 MitarbeiterInnen mit Sitz in 1220 Wien und suchen 1 Karosserieserviceberater/in - Kundenbetreuer/in

Wir suchen eine/n erfahrene/n Serviceberater/in, um unser Team zu verstärken. Als Serviceberater/in tragen Sie im Werkstattbetrieb durch optimale Kundenbetreuung und Sicherstellung der Reparaturqualität zur Kundenzufriedenheit bei.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

* Professioneller Kundendialog über Fahrzeugannahme, die Erstellung von Kostenvoranschlägen bis zur Rechnungserklärung und Fahrzeug-Übergabe

* Abwicklung über diverse Systeme (DISS, ElsaPro, etc.)

* Unterstützung der KFZ-Techniker/innen bei der Diagnoseerstellung

* Probefahrten

Qualifikationen:

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Meisterausbildung als Kraftfahrzeugtechniker/in

* Fundierte Berufserfahrung in der VW-Gruppe wünschenswert

* Berufserfahrung als Serviceberater/in wünschenswert

* Umsatzorientiertes Denken und Handeln

* Motivationskraft und Begeisterungsfähigkeit

* Gute EDV-Kenntnisse sowie Kenntnisse

* Führerschein der Gruppe A oder B

* Gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
