Wir suchen für unsere Direktion in der Landwiedstraße Linz Verstärkung durch engagierte Talente, die den gesamten Prozess einer professionellen Wirtschaftsberatung begleiten und mitgestalten möchten. Bei uns steht nicht der schnelle Verkauf im Vordergrund, sondern die individuelle Lösung für den Menschen.

Ihr Aufgabenbereich folgt einem klaren, qualitätsorientierten Dreiklang:

* Status-Quo & Analyse: Im ersten Schritt unterstützen Sie bei der Aufnahme der Ist-Situation unserer Mandant_innen. Sie erfassen präzise deren aktuelle Wünsche, Ziele und finanzielle Rahmenbedingungen.

* Markt-Screening & Strategie: Auf Basis der Analyse suchen wir im Team nach der optimalen Lösung am freien Finanzmarkt. Sie vergleichen Angebote und bereiten die passende Strategie vor, die exakt auf die Bedürfnisse der Kund_innen zugeschnitten ist.

* Präsentation & Beratung: Im finalen Schritt begleiten Sie das Beratungsgespräch, in dem die erarbeitete Lösung präsentiert und gemeinsam mit den Mandant_innen umgesetzt wird.

Ihr Profil:

* Sie arbeiten kundenorientiert und verfügen über eine analytische Denkweise.

* Ein gepflegtes Auftreten und Freude an der Kommunikation sind für Sie selbstverständlich.

* Sie sind bereit, sich in die Komplexität des Finanzmarktes einzuarbeiten (Mentoring inklusive).
