Voor een moderne en klantgerichte supermarkt zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste Kassamedewerk(st)er die klanten elke dag met een glimlach verder helpt en mee zorgt voor een vlotte winkelwerking.

Jobomschrijving

Als Kassamedewerk(st)er ben je een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor klanten. Je zorgt voor een correcte afhandeling van aankopen en draagt mee bij aan een positieve winkelervaring. Je taken bestaan onder meer uit:· Klanten vriendelijk verwelkomen en helpen bij vragen.· Verantwoordelijk zijn voor een vlotte en correcte bediening aan de kassa.· Ondersteunen bij promotionele acties en commerciële initiatieven in de winkel.· Meehelpen bij het aanvullen en presenteren van producten.· Verwerken en opvolgen van leveringen.· Inzetten op verschillende afdelingen, zoals groenten & fruit, bakkerij, charcuterie of zuivel.· Werken met diverse digitale systemen voor administratie en operationele ondersteuning.· Bijdragen aan een nette, ordelijke en klantvriendelijke winkelomgeving. Dankzij de grote variatie in taken is geen enkele werkdag hetzelfde en krijg je voortdurend de kans om nieuwe vaardigheden te ontwikkelen.

· Je hebt relevante en stabiele ervaring binnen de voedingssector, retail of een supermarktomgeving.· Klantvriendelijkheid staat bij jou centraal en je helpt mensen steeds met enthousiasme.· Je bent stressbestendig en behoudt het overzicht, ook tijdens drukke momenten.· Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.· Je bent flexibel inzetbaar binnen wisselende uurroosters tussen 6.00 en 20.00 uur.· Weekendwerk schrikt jou niet af.· Je beheerst het Nederlands uitstekend, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.· Je deelt graag jouw kennis met klanten en collega's.· Je bent een aanpakker die initiatief neemt en graag samenwerkt in team.
