Werken bij Intratuin Kassamedewerker Functie Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste en klantvriendelijke medewerk(st)er die ons kassateam komt versterken. Als kassamedewerk(st)er ben je het visitekaartje voor onze klant en daarom voor ons als organisatie onmisbaar. De functie vraagt een open-, klant- en servicegerichte houding. Het transactiemoment is voor de klant belangrijk, daarom is het van belang dat je in staat bent om de winkelbeleving van de klant op een goede manier af te ronden zodat de klant met een goed gevoel de winkel verlaat. De laatste indruk is immers de eerste indruk van een volgende bezoek. Je legt verantwoording af aan de afdelingsverantwoordelijke van de servicebalie. Naast het werk als kassamedewerk(st)er wordt je, indien mogelijk, ingezet op andere afdelingen. Profiel Je hebt een vrolijke-, gastvrije-, enthousiaste- persoonlijkheid en straalt dit uit richting de klant. Je kunt goed samenwerken met verschillende karakters, hebt goede communicatieve vaardigheden, bent flexibel en steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen. Daarnaast heb je een goed rekenkundig vermogen en ga je discreet om met financiële middelen. Wij zijn een dynamisch bedrijf dat zich kenmerkt door seizoensgebonden piek- en dalmomenten waarbij sprake is van werken op koopavonden en zon- en feestdagen. Het werken met seizoensgebonden piek- en dalmomenten is daarom voor jou vanzelfsprekend.
