Dan zit je in onze standaard Praxis-winkels (SRP) als Medewerker Verkoopondersteuning helemaal op je plek. Wat ga je doen? Jij bent het vriendelijke gezicht bij de servicebalie en de kassa. Je helpt klanten met hun vragen, verwerkt retouren en reserveringen en zorgt dat betalingen soepel verlopen. Ondertussen hou je het overzicht bij de balie en spring je bij wanneer er ergens extra handen nodig zijn. Samen met je collega's zorg je voor een nette, georganiseerde werkplek. Een winkel waar klanten met een goed gevoel de deur uitlopen én graag weer terugkomen. Wat kom je brengen? - Je bent klantgericht en vindt het leuk om mensen te helpen; - Je hebt een proactieve houding en ziet werk liggen zonder dat iemand het hoeft te vragen; - Je hebt goede communicatieve vaardigheden; - Je kunt makkelijk schakelen met klanten én collega's; - Je bent flexibel inzetbaar, ook 's avonds of in het weekend; - Affiniteit met klussen of tuinieren is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
