Voor onze klant in Diest zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren kassier(ster) die klantvriendelijkheid hoog in het vaandel draagt. B en jij een servicegerichte persoon met administratieve feeling en houd je ervan klanten op een professionele manier verder te helpen? Dan ben jij misschien de collega die we zoeken.

In deze deeltijdse functie (ongeveer 20 uur per week) ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en draag je elke dag bij aan een aangename winkelervaring.

Wie zoeken we?

Wij zoeken een enthousiaste medewerker die klantgerichtheid combineert met nauwkeurigheid en verantwoordelijkheidszin.

Jij beschikt over: - Aantoonbare ervaring als kassier(ster), onthaalmedewerker of in een gelijkaardige functie. - Een sterke servicegerichte houding. - Geduld, empathie en een luisterend oor voor klanten. - Een verzorgd voorkomen en een professionele uitstraling. - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een positieve ingesteldheid. - Natuurlijke rust en stressbestendigheid, ook tijdens drukke momenten. - Verantwoordelijkheidszin en oog voor detail. - Basiskennis van administratieve processen. - Goede kennis van Excel. - Inzicht in documenten zoals facturen en creditnota's. - De flexibiliteit om te werken op zaterdag en gemiddeld 1 à 2 keer op zondag per maand.

Functieomschrijving

Als kassier(ster) zorg je voor een warm welkom en een vlotte dienstverlening aan onze klanten. Je bent een belangrijke schakel binnen de winkel en combineert klantcontact met administratieve taken.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden - Je ontvangt klanten op een vriendelijke en professionele manier. - Je beheert inkomende telefoongesprekken en verzorgt omroepberichten via de winkelmicrofoon. - Je verwerkt retourzendingen correct en ziet toe op een correcte controle bij klanten die de winkel verlaten zonder aankoop. - Je luistert naar klanten, behandelt vragen en klachten op een constructieve manier en draagt actief bij aan een optimale klanttevredenheid. - Je informeert klanten over aanvullende diensten zoals leveringen, verhuur en financieringsmogelijkheden. - Je ondersteunt aan de kassa en staat collega's bij waar nodig. - Je helpt mee bij administratieve werkzaamheden zoals het verwerken van facturen, creditnota's en eenvoudige Excel-bestanden. - Na een grondige inwerkperiode ben je in staat om zelfstandig de winkel te openen en af te sluiten.
