Ben jij een ervaren winkelmedewerker met een drive om onze supermarkt in Sint-Truiden naar nieuwe hoogten te brengen? Werk jij graag in een levendige omgeving waar elke dag weer nieuwe uitdagingen op je wachten? Zoek je een deeltijdse functie met voldoende variatie en afwisseling?   • Verwelkom je elke klant met een oprechte glimlach en bied je hen deskundige ondersteuning bij hun aankopen?
  • Ben je bereid om in te springen bij de kassa en zorg je ervoor dat klanten vlot en efficiënt geholpen worden?
  • Organiseer jij graag promotionele acties en zorg je ervoor dat de winkel altijd een uitnodigende uitstraling heeft?
  • Heb je oog voor detail als het gaat om productuitzetting en begeleid je leveringen met precisie?
  • Werk je graag in teamverband met verschillende afdelingen, zoals de versafdeling, bakkerij en zuivel, om de klant een optimale winkelervaring te bieden?
  • Heb je ervaring met computerprogramma's zoals Winstore en MyQuantif, of ben je bereid om deze snel onder de knie te krijgen?

Wij zijn op zoek naar een kandidaat die voldoet aan de volgende vereisten:

  • Ervaring in de detailhandel of de voedingssector is een pré.
  • Uitstekende klantgerichtheid en altijd een vriendelijke benadering van klanten.
  • Goede planningsvaardigheden en stressbestendigheid zijn essentieel voor deze rol.
  • Flexibiliteit in werkuren (tussen 6u en 20u) en bereidheid om in het weekend te werken.
  • Minimaal 30 uur per week beschikbaar.
  • Vloeiende beheersing van het Nederlands, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling.
  • Een echte teamspeler die zijn kennis graag deelt en collega's inspireert.
