Oh’Green & Pelckmans zijn sterke Belgische retailmerken in groen, lifestyle en dier. Elke dag willen we onze klanten niet alleen inspireren, maar hen ook een vlotte en aangename winkelervaring bieden.

Voor Pelckmans Turnhout zoeken we een ervaren kassamedewerker die houdt van klantencontact, nauwkeurig werkt en ook tijdens drukke momenten het hoofd koel houdt.

Aan de kassa ben jij het laatste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten. En dat maakt jouw rol belangrijker dan je misschien denkt: een vriendelijke begroeting, een correcte afrekening en een goede service maken het verschil.

Wat ga je doen?

Als ervaren kassamedewerker zorg je ervoor dat alles aan de kassa vlot, correct én klantvriendelijk verloopt.

Je:

  • verwelkomt klanten op een spontane en vriendelijke manier;
  • scant en rekent aankopen snel en nauwkeurig af;
  • verwerkt verschillende betaalmiddelen zoals cash, bankkaarten, cadeaubonnen en klantkaarten;
  • handelt retouren en retourbonnen correct af volgens onze procedures;
  • bent >diefstalpreventie;
  • controleert zorgvuldig of alle producten correct werden gescand en afgerekend;
  • beantwoordt vragen en helpt klanten verder of verwijst hen door naar de juiste collega;
  • zorgt voor orde en netheid aan de kassa en in de kassazone;
  • springt tijdens rustigere momenten graag bij waar je collega's extra hulp kunnen gebruiken.

Wie zoeken we?

We zoeken iemand die al weet wat werken aan een kassa inhoudt. Je voelt je comfortabel met verantwoordelijkheid en blijft vriendelijk en geconcentreerd, ook wanneer er een rij klanten voor je staat.

Je:

  • hebt ervaring als kassamedewerker, bij voorkeur binnen retail;
  • werkt zeer accuraat en betrouwbaar en gaat zorgvuldig om met geld en betalingen;
  • bent klantgericht, vriendelijk en communicatief;
  • bent stressbestendig en behoudt ook tijdens piekmomenten je rust en nauwkeurigheid;
  • bent alert en begrijpt het belang van correcte procedures en diefstalpreventie;
  • ziet werk en neemt zelf initiatief;
  • bent een echte teamplayer en helpt collega's waar nodig;
  • bent flexibel naar uurrooster en bereid om regelmatig in het weekend en op feestdagen te werken.
