Konvert interim Halle is op zoek naar een kassaverantoordelijke voor een klant in Huizingen. Ben jij klantgericht, organisatorisch sterk en neem je graag verantwoordelijkheid op? Werk je graag mee op de vloer terwijl je tegelijk een team begeleidt en ondersteunt? Dan is deze functie misschien iets voor jou.

Als Kassaverantwoordelijke zorg je voor een vlotte werking van de kassa- en onthaalafdeling. Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer, ondersteunt collega's waar nodig en houdt overzicht over de dagelijkse werking.

Kassa & Teamondersteuning

  • Actief meewerken aan de kassa.
  • Ondersteunen en begeleiden van kassamedewerkers.
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van de kassa-planning.
  • Coachen van medewerkers tijdens hun werkdag.
  • Verzorgen van kassa-afsluitingen en bijhorende administratie.
  • Nauwkeurig opvolgen van geldstromen en kassaprocessen.
  • Onthalen en opleiden van nieuwe medewerkers.

Onthaal

  • Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten.
  • Beantwoorden van vragen en behandelen van opmerkingen.
  • Verwerken van pakjes en andere dienstverlening aan het onthaal.
  • Opvolgen van administratieve taken en kleine bestellingen.
  • Zorgen voor een nette, overzichtelijke en professionele onthaalomgeving.

Daarnaast houd je steeds het overzicht, signaleer je opportuniteiten voor verbetering en zorg je ervoor dat de afdeling ook tijdens drukke momenten efficiënt blijft functioneren.

  • Ervaring in een leidinggevende of coördinerende functie.
  • Ervaring binnen retail, kassawerk of onthaal is een pluspunt.
  • Sterke klantgerichte en communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Vermogen om rustig en professioneel om te gaan met uiteenlopende situaties.
  • Organisatietalent en het vermogen om prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Nauwkeurigheid, vooral bij administratieve taken en geldbeheer.
  • Een coachende ingesteldheid en interesse in het begeleiden van collega's.
  • Flexibiliteit en een positieve, oplossingsgerichte houding.
  • Een goede kennis van het Nederlands; kennis van het Frans is een plus.
  • Je bent bereid om te werken tussen 6u en 20u.
  • Je kan werken in het weekend.
  • Je woont in de omgeving van Huizingen.
