Das St. Josef Krankenhaus Wien ist ein gemeinnütziges Ordenskrankenhaus, ein Unternehmen der Vinzenz Kliniken Wien. Es verfügt über 220 Betten. Die Schwerpunkte liegen auf Geburtshilfe, Kinderabteilung mit Neonatologie, Onkologie und Tumorchirurgie.

Das St. Josef Krankenhaus wurde von den Sr. Salvatorianerinnen gegründet und ist von der christlichen Tradition und Wertehaltung geformt. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab 1.12.2026 eine*n engagierte*n katholische*n Krankenhausseelsorger*in im Ausmaß von 20 Stunden. 1 Katholische*r Seelsorger*in TZ (20 Wochenstunden) Ihr Aufgabengebiet

* Seelsorgliche Begleitung von Patient*innen, Angehörigen und Mitarbeitenden

* Schwerpunkt: Chirurgische Stationen, Intensivstation

* Seelsorgliche Begleitung von schwer kranken und sterbenden Menschen sowie Frauen und Familien bei der sogenannten "stillen Geburt"

* Verabschiedungen

* Feiern von Ritualen am Krankenbett

* Berufsübergreifende Kooperation

* (Mit-) Gestaltung von (liturgischen) Festen und Feiern

* Zusammenarbeit im haupt- und ehrenamtlichen Team

* Kooperation mit den Schwestern Salvatorianerinnen

Ihre Qualifikationen

* Abgeschlossenes Theologiestudium (Katholischer Priester, Diakon bzw. Laientheologe*in) oder Seminar für kirchliche Berufe, bzw. berufsbegleitende pastorale Ausbildung (BPAÖ)

* Erfahrung in Pfarrpastoral oder kategorialer Seelsorge

* Abgeschlossene klinische Seelsorgeausbildung (KSA) oder die Bereitschaft, diese zum ehestmöglichen Zeitpunkt zu absolvieren

* Physische und psychische Belastbarkeit besonders in Krisensituationen

* Reflektierte persönliche Glaubenshaltung, Pflege und kirchliche Verortung der eigenen Spiritualität

* Ökumenische und interreligiöse Offenheit

* Einfühlungsvermögen, Respekt für Bedürfnisse vor der Weltanschauung und Glauben der Menschen mit denen man in Kontakt tritt

* Bereitschaft zur fachlichen, religiös-spirituellen und ethischen Weiterbildung

Das monatliche Bruttogehalt beträgt lt. Kollektivvertrag für die Dienstnehmer*innen der Ordensspitäler Österreichs mind. € 3.148,86 (Verwendungsgruppe D2, Stufe 1) bei 40 Stunden. Die Einstufung wird abhängig von Ihrer Ausbildung, Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung vorgenommen
