Bau- und Möbeltischlerei Rudolf Schulz GmbH in 1230 Wien sucht ab sofort 1 Kaufmännisch(er)e Sachbearbeiter/in oder Verwaltungsassistent/in Tätigkeiten :

Das Bearbeiten und erstellen von Rechnungen sowie auch eine administrative Abwicklung. Professionelle Kommunikation hauptsächlich schriftlich mit unseren Geschäftspartnern aber auch Kunden per Mail. Diese Tätigkeit umfasst definitiv den Großteil dieses Jobs.

Zur Nebenaufgabe: Die administrativen Unterlagen zu pflegen sowie die Unterstützung des Teams bei organisatorischen Aufgaben aber auch die Telefonannahme, wenn unsere Sekretärin mal krank oder abwesend ist.

Anforderungen:

* Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Ein sicherer Umgang mit den Microsoft Programmen vor allem Outlook, grundlegende Tätigkeiten (administrativ).

* SAP Software Kenntnisse bzw. Bereitschaft ein neues Programm kennenzulernen

* Eine selbständige und strukturierte sowie genaue Arbeitsweise
