Wir suchen eine zuverlässige Assistenz (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt Vertrieb, die unser etabliertes Unternehmen mit Organisationsgeschick, Eigenverantwortung und Teamgeist tatkräftig unterstützt. 1 Kaufmännische Assistenz mit Schwerpunkt Vertrieb (w/m/d), ab 30 Std./Woche Auch in Teilzeit ab 30 Stunden/Woche möglich

Standort: Linz

Deine Aufgaben:

* Eigenverantwortliche Unterstützung der Geschäftsfeldleitung und des Vertriebsteams bei organisatorischen sowie administrativen Tätigkeiten

* Selbstständige Abwicklung von Vertriebsaufträgen im SAP - von der Angebotserstellung über die Auftrags- und Rechnungserstellung bis zur Auslieferung

* Aufbereitung und Analyse von Vertriebsdaten

* Übernahme administrativer Tätigkeiten wie z. B. Erstellung von Präsentationen, Pflege der Zeiterfassungsdaten sowie die Organisation von Terminen und Dienstreisen

Dein Profil:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK, HLW, Lehre Bürokauffrau/mann, o.ä.)

* Einschlägige kaufmännische Berufserfahrung (idealerweise im Vertrieb oder einer vergleichbaren Position)

* Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

* Ein Organisationstalent und Freude am Arbeiten im Team
