Deine Aufgaben

* Abwicklung und Unterstützung bei abwechslungsreichen administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben

* Artikel- und Datenpflege in unserem Warenwirtschaftsprogramm

* Korrespondenz mit internationalen Lieferanten, inklusive Koordination von (An-) Lieferungen, auch in Englischer Sprache

* Website-Pflege & Datenmanagement: Du aktualisierst Inhalte auf unserer Website, stellst sicher, dass Produktinformationen stets aktuell und fehlerfrei sind, und bringst eigene Ideen zur Weiterentwicklung ein.

Dein Anforderungsprofil

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und mind. 2 Jahre Praxis im Assistenzbereich

* Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, da sehr viel unserer Kommunikation mit internationalen Unternehmen passiert

* Selbständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Hands-on-Mentalität & Teamgeist - du übernimmst Verantwortung und packst mit an

* Affinität zu digitalen Tools & E-Commerce (zB Onlineshop)
