Ihre Aufgaben

In dieser verantwortungsvollen Funktion der Unternehmenssparte "Transportbeton" übernehmen Sie die operative Verantwortung für kaufmännische Agenden innerhalb der Sparte und unterstützen in rechtlichen Themenstellungen. Dabei arbeiten Sie eng mit dem Management an der nachhaltigen Weiterentwicklung in kaufmännischen und organisatorischen Belangen, gestalten eine weiterhin zukunftsfähige, schlagkräftige Organisation mit und tragen so wesentlich zum Erfolg unseres Unternehmens bei.

Ihre Aufgaben im Detail:

* Verantwortung für das Finanzmanagement der Sparte Transportbeton mit 8 Gesellschaften und Beteiligungen an 40 Standorten in Nord-, Ost- und Süd- Österreich

* Verantwortung für Controlling, Debitorenmanagement und Materialwirtschaft (gesamt 6 Mitarbeiter*innen)

* Zusammenarbeit bzw. Abstimmung mit den kaufmännischen Konzernstabstellen in Rohrdorf (Buchhaltung, Konzerncontrolling, Versicherungen, etc)

* Erstellung und Überwachung von Investitions- und Finanzplänen in Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftsführung, Technik und den operativ regional verantwortlichen Geschäftsleitern

* Verantwortung für die Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses

* Bearbeitung juristischer Themenstellungen in Zusammenarbeit mit Rechts- und Steuerberatung

* Mitarbeit und/oder Leitung in Digitalisierung-, Akquisitions- und Organisationsentwicklungs-Projekten

Ihr Profil

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium (Universität/FH)

* Ergänzende juristische Ausbildung von Vorteil

* 3 bis 5 Jahre fundierte Berufserfahrung in vergleichbaren kaufmännischen Funktionen

* Idealerweise Branchenkenntnisse, jedenfalls aber Interesse für Produktion /Industrie /Baustoffe

* Proaktives Erkennen von Chancen und Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten und Umsetzungsstärke sowie Beharrlichkeit in der Projektabwicklung

* Analytisches Denken und gutes Zahlenverständnis

* Kommunikationsstärke, ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenz und Teamfähigkeit
