Wir suchen eine dynamische Persönlichkeit für die kaufmännische Projektabwicklung spannender Industrierohrleitungsbau-Projekte mit Schwerpunkt Österreich und Deutschland. Aufgaben

* Kenntnisse über Vertragsinhalte im Rahmen der Projekte

* Schnittstelle zwischen Geschäftsführung / Projektleitung / Baustelle / Projekteinkauf / Vertragsmanagement

* Selbstständige fristgerechte Erstellung, Bearbeitung, Koordination, Prüfung, Verfolgung, Abschluss und Dokumentation der erforderlichen Change Order / Variation Order / Site Instructions / Claims

* Monitoring von terminlichen Auswirkungen / Konsequenzen bei absehbaren Abweichungen von Kosten & Terminplan

* Einberufen, moderieren und protokollieren von kommerziellen Besprechungen in Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsführung / Projektleitung / Baustellenleitung / Projekteinkauf

* Kommerzielle Prüfung von Rechnungen der Nachauftragnehmer

Qualifikationen

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung (HAK, HTL, Studium)

* Mindestens 3 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung

* Betriebswirtschaftliche und Vertragsrechtliche Grundkenntnisse

* Erfahrung mit Projektcontrolling sowie der Abwicklung von Claims von Vorteil

* Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Beharrlichkeit Engagement und Eigeninitiative sowie sicheres Auftreten

* Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (verhandlungssicher)

70.000,00 €Wir möchten darauf hinweisen, dass das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt im attraktiven KV Metallgewerbe bei jährlich brutto € 40.853,96 liegt. Das tatsächliche Gehalt liegt innerhalb einer Bandbreite von jährlich brutto € 55.000 bzw. € 70.000 und wird gemeinsam mit Ihnen festgelegt.
