Deine Aufgaben in unserem Team:

* Du übernimmst die eigenverantwortliche kaufmännische Abwicklung unserer Kund:innenprojekte und Serviceverträge von der Angebotserstellung bis zum erfolgreichen Projektabschluss.

* Du prüfst, bearbeitest und verbuchst Aufträge, Rechnungen und Gutschriften präzise und unter Einhaltung unserer internen und externen Richtlinien.

* Du unterstützt bei der Koordination logistischer Aspekte im Rahmen der Projektabwicklung, um einen reibungslosen Materialfluss sicherzustellen.

* Du bist aktiv an der Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Angeboten beteiligt und sorgst für eine professionelle Kommunikation mit unseren Kunden:innen.

* Als aktive:r Ansprechpartner:in stehst du internen und externen Stakeholdern (z.B. Vertrieb, Projektmanagement, Kunden:innen, Lieferanten:innen) bei kaufmännischen Fragestellungen zur Seite.

* Du bringst dich aktiv bei der Optimierung und Digitalisierung unserer kaufmännischen Prozesse und Systeme ein.

Das bringst du mit:

* Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z.B. Industriekaufmann/-frau) oder ein Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen/Controlling.

* Einschlägige, relevante Berufserfahrung in der kaufmännischen Abwicklung, idealerweise im Projektumfeld und mit Kenntnissen der Siemens-internen Abläufe und Systeme.

* Fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel

* Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

* Ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis, analytische Fähigkeiten und eine hohe Detailorientierung.

* Eine strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche, lösungsorientierte und proaktive Arbeitsweise, auch in einem Umfeld mit hohem Arbeitsaufkommen.

Arbeitszeit: 38,5 Wochenstunden, Gleitzeit
