Zahlenprofi mit Organisationstalent gesucht! Unsere Expert Group ?International? unterstützt außereuropäische bauoperative Organisationseinheiten durch Bereitstellung der dafür erforderlichen Maschinentechnik. Wir sind auf der Suche nach einem Teamplayer für die kaufmännische Verantwortung.

Was für uns zählt

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Geräteverwaltung mit Asset-Management-Systemen, in Anlagenbuchhaltung und/oder Anlagencontrolling

* Erfahrung in der Verwaltung von Baumaschinen oder Fahrzeugen von Vorteil

* Ausgeprägtes unternehmerisches Denken, gutes Zahlenverständnis und hohe Auffassungsgabe

* Erfahrung im proaktiven Change- und Stakeholdermanagement im Zusammenhang mit umfangreichen Organisationsentwicklungen oder Prozessimplementierungen

* Hohe Eigeninitiative, Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist und Reisebereitschaft (ca. 50%)

Ihr Beitrag bei uns

* Verantwortung für alle kaufmännischen Aufgaben der Expert Group (z.B. Kreditoren, Debitoren, Geräteverrechnung, Anlagenbuchhaltung, Lagerverwaltung)

* Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung von Asset-Management-Systemen

* Internationale Harmonisierung von Asset-Management-Prozessen

* Verantwortliche Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlussarbeiten sowie Kurz- und Mittelfristplanungen

* Kontinuierliche Analyse von Ergebnis- und Kennzahlenentwicklungen sowie geeignete Steuerungsmaßnahmen identifizieren, abstimmen und einleiten

* Mitwirkung bei internationalen Organisationsentwicklungen bzw. Integration neuer Organisationseinheiten

* Wirtschaftliche Steuerung der konzerneigenen Geräteparks in enger Partnerschaft mit operativen Kundenorganisationen, konzerninternen Fachabteilungen und innerhalb des eigenen Teams

* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Rahmenbedingungen, interner Richtlinien etc.
