Schelling entwickelt in Eigenregie zahlreiche Softwareprodukte, welche für die Aufbereitung der Produktionsdaten, für die Steuerung der Maschinen und für die Materialverwaltung verwendet werden. Auch Lösungen im Bereich IoT/ Industrie 4.0 werden hausintern entwickelt und umgesetzt. Für unser Headquarter in Schwarzach mit rund 400 Mitarbeitenden, suchen wir ab sofort Verstärkung!

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine(n) 1 Kaufmännische Sachbearbeitung für Service/Versand (m/w/d) Dich erwartet

Deine Aufgaben

* Du steuerst internationale Kundenaufträge im Serviceumfeld eigenverantwortlich von der Auftragserfassung bis zur erfolgreichen Fakturierung.

* Du koordinierst die weltweite Lieferung von Ersatzteilen, Wartungspaketen, Modernisierungen sowie regelmäßigen Wochen- und Monatslieferungen und sorgst für eine termingerechte Abwicklung.

* Du organisierst und disponierst internationale Transporte und bist zentrale Ansprechperson für Logistikpartner, Speditionen und interne Schnittstellen.

* Du stellst die Einhaltung internationaler Versand- und Exportvorgaben sicher und berücksichtigst dabei die geltenden Incoterms.

* Du erstellst und prüfst sämtliche relevanten Versand- und Exportdokumente wie Lieferscheine, Rechnungen, Packlisten und Zolldokumente.

* Du verantwortest die korrekte Verrechnung von Serviceeinsätzen, Dienstleistungen und Kundenaufträgen.

* Du sorgst für eine professionelle und effiziente Auftragsabwicklung im Kundenservice und stellst eine reibungslose Rechnungsstellung sicher.

Dein Profil

* Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und hast idealerweise bereits Erfahrung in der internationalen Auftragsabwicklung gesammelt.

* Du bringst erste Kenntnisse im Export- oder Versandwesen mit und hast Interesse an internationalen Handels- und Logistikprozessen.

* Du arbeitest strukturiert, zuverlässig und behältst auch bei mehreren parallelen Aufgaben den Überblick.

* Du überzeugst durch dein Organisationstalent und koordinierst Lieferungen sowie Kundenaufträge effizient und vorausschauend.

* Du kommunizierst professionell und serviceorientiert und trittst gegenüber Kunden und Geschäftspartnern sicher auf.

* Du denkst lösungsorientiert, handelst eigenverantwortlich und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung.

* Du bist flexibel, belastbar und fühlst dich in einem dynamischen, internationalen Umfeld wohl.

* Du arbeitest gerne im Team und schätzt die Zusammenarbeit über Abteilungs- und Ländergrenzen hinweg.

* Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.
