Als Teammitglied im Servicebüro für Metall & Holzbearbeitungsmaschinen sind Sie, gemeinsam mit erfahrenen Kollegen, Ansprechperson rund um verschiedene Kundenanliegen.

Ihre zukünftige Rolle - vielseitig, wie unser Sortiment:

* eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung und Nachverfolgung von Kundenanfragen

* freundlicher und lösungsorientierter telefonischer Kundenkontakt

* effiziente Erstellung, Abwicklung und Koordination von Serviceaufträgen

* sorgfältige Auftragsnachbearbeitung sowie korrekte Verrechnung

* aktive Betreuung von Ersatzteilprozessen, von der Anfrage über Angebot bis zur Bestellung und Nachverfolgung

Ihr Profil - vielversprechend, wie unsere Aufträge:

* abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung

* sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, SAP Kenntnisse von Vorteil

* idealerweise berufliche Erfahrung aus einer Aufgabe mit Kundenkontakt - z.B. aus den Bereichen Kundendienst, Auftragsabwicklung oder Servicekoordination

* Interesse an technischen Produkten setzen wir in jedem Fall voraus

* Organisationsstärke verbunden mit klarer Kommunikation auch in anspruchsvollen Arbeitssituationen
