Wir suchen ab sofort 1 Kaufmännischer Allrounder (w/m/d) Unternehmensdarstellung:

Für unseren Auftraggeber im südlichen Wien, ein stabiles und international tätiges Unternehmen, suchen wir aktuell eine engagierte kaufmännische Allrounder(w/m/d).

Sie erwartet eine vielseitige Position mit einem breiten Aufgabengebiet, kurzen Entscheidungswegen und der Möglichkeit, Prozesse aktiv mitzugestalten.

Deine zukünftige Rolle:

* Verantwortung für die laufende Finanzbuchhaltung inkl. Kreditoren-, Debitorenbuchhaltung, Zahlungsverkehr, Mahnwesen und Stammdatenpflege

* Mitarbeit bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen in Abstimmung mit Steuerberatung und Wirtschaftsprüfung

* Verantwortung für Liquiditätsplanung, Finanzierung sowie Budgetierungs- und Planungsprozesse

* Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Prozessen im Finanz- und Controllingbereich

Das bringst Du mit:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen, Buchhaltung oder Controlling

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung und Controlling

* Grundkenntnisse im Steuerrecht sowie Verständnis für Monats- und Jahresabschlussarbeiten wünschenswert

* Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, SAP und Excel

* Du arbeitest analytisch, strukturiert und hast eine hohe Zahlenaffinität.

* Fachliche Ansprechperson für buchhalterische, steuerliche und controllingrelevante Fragestellungen
