* Du startest deinen Tag mit einem Überblick über E-Mails, Termine und offene Aufgaben

* Du bearbeitest Aufträge, Bestellungen und unterstützt bei administrativen Tätigkeiten im Büro

* Du bist Ansprechpartner:in für Kund:innen und Kollegen - telefonisch und per E-Mail

* Du kümmerst dich um die Pflege von Daten, Ablagen und Dokumenten

* Du unterstützt das Team bei organisatorischen Themen und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf im Büroalltag

* Am Ende des Tages hast du den Überblick behalten und das Team bestmöglich unterstützt

Das bringst du mit

* Du hast bereits einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Büro gesammelt und arbeitest am liebsten selbstständig in deinem bunten Aufgabengebiet

* Du freust dich darauf, dein Wissen aus deiner kaufmännischen Ausbildung

(Lehre, HASCH, HAK, HBLW) bei uns praktisch einzusetzen

* Du begeisterst unsere Kunden sowie Kollegen mit deiner freundlichen und zuverlässigen Persönlichkeit
