Zur Verstärkung unserer Kolleg:innen der B-Quadrat Finanzberatungs GmbH in Dornbirn suchen wir Sie zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als Kaufmännischer Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) Versicherungssachbearbeitung. Was Sie bei uns bewegen. Als erster Ansprechpartner stehen Sie unseren Kunden bei Fragen und Anliegen kompetent, freundlich und serviceorientiert zur Seite. Kundenanfragen bearbeiten Sie zuverlässig und sorgen für eine schnelle und unkomplizierte Klärung. Mit Ihrem Gespür für die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden erstellen Sie individuelle Angebote und Versicherungsvergleiche und unterstützen bei der Auswahl passender Lösungen. Die Vertragsverwaltung sowie die Erfassung, Prüfung und Kontrolle von Anträgen gehören ebenfalls zu Ihrem abwechslungsreichen Aufgabenbereich. Für einen reibungslosen Büroalltag unterstützen Sie bei der Organisation und übernehmen vielfältige administrative Aufgaben im Backoffice. Auch die Abwicklung verschiedener Geschäftsfälle rund um die KFZ-Zulassung liegt in Ihren Händen. Ein Profil, das zu uns passt. Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und bringen idealerweise bereits Erfahrung in der Versicherungsbranche mit. Empathie, gute Zuhörfähigkeiten und eine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung zeichnen Sie aus Freude am Kontakt mit Menschen sowie ein freundliches, offenes und serviceorientiertes Auftreten Zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise - auch dann, wenn es einmal etwas stressiger wird Bereitschaft, sich fachlich und persönlich weiterzuentwickeln und Neues dazuzulernen Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie eine sichere und klare Kommunikation Die Chance, die wir Ihnen bieten.
