The posting

Een inwoner met een vraag, een ondernemer die informatie zoekt of een bericht via sociale media: jij zorgt voor een vriendelijk en duidelijk antwoord. Als KCC-medewerker ben je het visitekaartje van gemeente Albrandswaard. Je luistert goed, zoekt de juiste informatie op en probeert de vraag direct op te lossen. Het doel is om 80% van alle vragen meteen te beantwoorden.

Jouw werkzaamheden:

• Je helpt inwoners en ondernemers via telefoon, e-mail, Facebook en WhatsApp. • Je zoekt antwoorden op in de kennisbank en andere informatiebronnen. • Je geeft zo veel mogelijk direct een duidelijk en volledig antwoord. • Je vraagt een expert om hulp als je een vraag niet zelf kunt oplossen. • Je verbindt inwoners door met de juiste collega. • Je registreert vragen zorgvuldig in een digitaal systeem.

Je werkt 24 uur per week. Je start op 2 november 2026 en werkt tot 1 april 2027. Er is kans op verlenging. In overleg kun je één dag per week vanuit huis werken.

Functie-eisen: Jij vindt het belangrijk dat mensen zich gehoord en geholpen voelen. Je bent klantgericht, nauwkeurig en flexibel. Ook wanneer verschillende vragen tegelijk binnenkomen, wissel je makkelijk tussen je werkzaamheden. Je communiceert duidelijk en voert op een prettige manier gesprekken met inwoners en ondernemers.

Je bent digitaal vaardig en kunt met meerdere computersystemen tegelijk werken. Met jouw proactieve houding denk je mee over verbeteringen en help je het team verder groeien.

Wat neem je mee?

• Een afgeronde mbo-4-opleiding. • Ervaring met webcare of affiniteit met sociale media. • Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal. • Een redelijke beheersing van de Engelse taal.
