Jouw ervaring maakt het verschil! Daar staat natuurlijk ook iets tegenover. Je verdient €18,50 per uur, werkt 24 tot 40 uur per week en kunt na je inwerkperiode gedeeltelijk vanuit huis werken. Je komt terecht in een betrokken team waar jouw kennis, rust en aanpak worden gewaardeerd. Wat ga je doen? Als KCC Medewerker ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten van ENGIE. Je beantwoordt hun vragen, brengt snel de situatie in kaart en helpt hen op een vriendelijke en zorgvuldige manier verder. Dankzij jouw ervaring weet je hoe belangrijk het is om goed door te vragen. Je houdt overzicht, ook wanneer een gesprek wat lastiger wordt, en zorgt ervoor dat de klant weet waar die aan toe is. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Telefonisch beantwoorden van inkomende klantvragen - Duidelijke informatie geven over energiediensten, online mogelijkheden en energiebesparing - Goed doorvragen en zoeken naar een passende oplossing - Klantgegevens, afspraken en verzoeken zorgvuldig verwerken - Overleggen met collega's wanneer een vraag extra aandacht vraagt - Meedenken over verbeteringen in de dienstverlening Over de werkgever ENGIE is een bekende organisatie binnen de energiemarkt en werkt volop aan duurzame oplossingen. Vanuit de locatie in Zwolle helpen medewerkers dagelijks klanten met uiteenlopende vragen. Je komt terecht in een collegiaal team waarin mensen samenwerken, kennis delen en elkaar helpen.
