Wanneer er iets opvalt of extra aandacht nodig is, bespreek je dit in samenspraak met collega's, ouders of deskundigen . Ouders kunnen bovendien altijd bij jou terecht met hun vragen of zorgen . Je bedenkt en organiseert uitdagende en gezellige activiteiten op het gebied van sport, spel, kunst en creativiteit, passend bij de belevingswereld van het kind. Zo stimuleer je hun sociale, cognitieve en emotionele ontwikkeling op een speelse manier. Daarnaast zorg je voor een schone en prettige omgeving, inclusief het uitvoeren van .
