Unser Team ist dynamisch, leistungsorientiert und kollegial. 1 Kellereimeister_in Möchten Sie in die Welt der Perlen eintauchen und bei uns in folgenden Bereichen arbeiten und Erfahrung sammeln:

* Kontrolle der Trauben von Vertragswinzern

* Arbeiten in allen Kellerbereichen

* Von der Traube über den Most bis zum Wein

* Schönungen vorbereiten

* Filtration der Weine mit Schichten- und Kieselgurfilter

* Hefebereitung und Zuckern der Weine für die Versektung

* Füllplanung und Vorbereitung

* Reinigen und Einstellen der Füllmaschine

* Dosage Verkostungen und Herstellung

* Laborarbeiten

* Ausbildung und Erfahrung im Weinkeller und Weinbau

* Weinbauschule

* Selbständiges Arbeiten

* Engagement und Interesse am Lernen und Verbessern

* Großen Qualitätsbewußtsein
